Note 1: DocketSource creates output by electronically accessing Court systems and extracting the information necessary to fulfill your request. Simple cases with limited Parties and Court activities (e.g. Documents, Proceedings, etc.) require less retrieval and therefore usually fall within the base price. Complicated cases (those with numerous Parties and Court activities) may require extensive extraction and be subject to a surcharge. Therefore, pricing is based on a fixed fee plus a surcharge of 2 cents for each accessed page over 200.
Note 2: A DocketSource Alert "Month" is defined as the period beginning on the DAY OF MONTH up to and including the NEXT CALENDAR MONTH, SAME CALENDAR DAY ot LAST DAY OF THE MONTH where the previous month has more days than the latter.
