Quality Control Specialist
Primary Responsibilities:
To review bankruptcy records collected from seven states to ensure accuracy
and completeness of data. To research and process updates (dismissals/discharges)
for all bankruptcy collection. Monitor currentness of all data collection
via review of daily date reports. Process audit reports for customers.
Research data discrepancies and modify errors for suit dispositions
collected from multiple courts.
Requirements:
Must be computer literate, detail-oriented, organized and thorough,
possess strong communication skills, welcome new assignments and enjoy
the challenge of working in a deadline-driven environment. Must work
well both independently and in a team environment. Knowledge of public
records, specifically bankruptcies, is helpful but not required.
Quality Control Specialist
(Part Time)
Primary Responsibilities:
To review for accuracy the collection of large quantities of Deed and
Mortgage/Real Property filings from New Jersey. To research data discrepancies
and monitor data collection. To enter small volume of manually collected
data and update weekly QC and tracking reports.
Requirements:
Must be computer literate, organized, detail-oriented and possess strong
communication skills. Must be available to work M-W-F during the daytime
with an average of 15-20 hours per week. Must have ability to work independently
as well as in a team.
Verifications Clerk
Primary Responsibilities:
To process client response forms gathered from the PC and prepare forms
for send out by hand writing information/corrections onto the documents.
To run proprietary scripts for information gathering purposes.
Requirements:
HS diploma or equivalent. Working knowledge of basic computer operations,
excellent accuracy, attentiveness to detail, legible hand writing, and
reliability.
UCC Clerk
Primary Responsibilities:
This position involves down loading of a zip disk, indexing, printing
and coding UCCs.
Requirements:
HS diploma or equivalent. Must have a solid knowledge of and ability
to manipulate computer technology. Must be reliable and able to work
both independently as part of a team.
